Terry’s coaching packages are created to address her client's needs. Each engagement lasts six to nine months, and sometimes longer. She applies a tailored approach that includes implementing various assessments to help leaders understand how they lead and present
themselves, followed by creating an action plan and using several tools and frameworks to support their development.
