Terry mentors coaches who want to become ICF-accredited. She leverages her knowledge of the ICF competencies, markers, and standards to support her Mentees in achieving their desired ICF- accreditation. Following her guidance, her Mentees accomplish the following

outcomes:

• Deep understanding of coaching skills

• Greater comprehension of how ICF Assessors evaluate coaching submissions

• Enhanced self-confidence and credibility in coaching capabilities

 

Each mentoring engagement lasts ten sessions during which she applies a methodical approach and creates an environment of partnership, trust, and transparency for coaches to experiment, and receive constructive feedback to transform their coaching practice.
